Steffany is as passionate speaker as she is a coach. She draws on years of not only her clients, but her own successful goal achievements, life fulfillment, management and life experience. The School of Hard Knocks has been her greatest ally, such as being a pioneer for women and dealing head on with the realities of proving herself as a skating expert in the male dominated world of amateur and professional ice hockey.

Overcoming obstacles such as the Canadian Olympic Committee “has no category of certification for a ‘mental performance coach’ at an Olympic event...yet in 2006 there she was! 

Steffany has developed and grown her hugely successful non-traditional power (ice) skating program Quantum Speed. (She was told “that won’t work!”) Yet, she and her team have now trained thousands of up and coming amateur players and professionals to be the best they can be!

Steffany has worked with Champions for 25 years...from NHL (professional) and Olympic Class ice hockey players and figure skaters, to Biathletes, golfers, and yes...even a Pole Vaulter.

 She has pioneered the path and overcome the obstacles it takes to support her clients to achieve their podium.  Any which way, Steffany knows how to get the job done. Over the past years Steffany has proven that being a Champion in anything...or everything you do is possible.
